Salon Policies.
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you change or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a fee does apply and will be due before the appointment can be rescheduled. This includes not wanting a portion of services booked the day of - for example, not wanting the haircut or switching to a mini highlight from a full. The rebooking fee is $25 per hour booked. If you no show/no call OR cancel the same day as your appointment, the full cost of your appointment will be due before rescheduling.
If you are sick or experiencing any contagious symptoms, please let me know and reschedule your appointment. If you arrive at your appointment sick, I will not perform your services and the rescheduling fees in the cancelation policy will apply before booking another appointment.
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 60 days from your initial purchase.
I am happy to have your kids visit my studio, but my space is not child proof and may not be appropriate for all ages. Please let me know before your appointment if they will be with you so I can make sure there is enough time booked. You may need extra time added to accommodate caring for your kiddo. If your child is too sick to attend school, they are too sick to come with you to your hair appointment.
